• Strong at e-commerce website development, SEO, and backlinking

• Support information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by following organization goals

• Able to gather requirements and work with vendors to implement and support Office 365 migration

Qualifications for IT generalist

• Ability to continue to improve skill sets, support expertise, and maintain current technical knowledge

• 2+ years of experience in IT Support, specifically able to support/manage migration to Microsoft Office 365

• 2+ years of Web Development and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), backlinking
