As a result of continued growth, Systal have an exciting new opportunity to recruit a Service Delivery Manager in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our clients globally, helping to deliver a number of technical projects and services.
What will you be doing?
As a Service Delivery Manager you will undertake the following duties (including but not limited to):
- Work direction for overall department
- Manage the escalation of any issues and incidents in line with the agreed matrix – 2nd Escalation
- Manage the production of agreed reports
- Attend any meetings at the request of our clients
- Effectively contribute to the delivery of any projects Systal is asked to undertake.
- Be a key player in the decision making of project alignment team level
- Ensure patch tracking and any future automated patching is implemented in network environment at team level
- Coordinate and attend audit meetings with device SME’s to ensure audit readiness.
- Support that the EOC (Emergency Operations Centre) is staffed appropriate and recoveries are setup within 24 hours
