Position Summary:
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) s upports strategies to help drive increased profitability, process efficiency, reduced costs and overall business improvement and partners with leadership to deliver financial and strategic results through utilization of Financial Planning & Analysis best practices. Also supports Corporate FP&A processes, initiatives and reporting for the Company.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create reporting and communicate insight for leadership team, including metric development.
Support monthly/quarterly business review processes. Provide business insight into the monthly and quarterly results for Corporate FP&A, including forecasts.
Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and budgeting process for the organization; identify cost and efficiency opportunities.
Support monthly/quarterly business review process.
Identify cost and efficiency opportunities.
Perform ad-hoc analytics, financial modeling and decision support to Greco and Sons CFO.
Support the transformation metrics and tracking; tie to P&L results.
Provide senior finance support for major initiatives.
Provide analytical support for major investment decisions.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance required.
Master Degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
Minimum Experience:
5+ years of finance and accounting experience with emphasis on financial planning and analysis, business analytics, reporting development and financial modeling.

Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and professional interactive skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from executives, associates and outside vendors. Capable of working with internal staff from other departments in a proactive and constructive manner.

Strong analytical skills.
Able to perform quantitative analysis using appropriate analytical tools. Requires expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel to develop and troubleshoot reports.
Independently structure and develop PowerPoint presentations and other business documents for executive audiences.

Computer Skills – Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook). Ability to learn Sysco and other technology software and programs (i.e., BPC, Entrée, JD Edwards)
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms.
While this position will primarily work in an office environment, this position may require occasional travel to visit other office locations or attend company meetings and training.
May be required to utilize personal vehicle for business travel that may result in long periods of sitting. Must maintain a valid driver license and provide proof of current automobile insurance coverage as set forth by Sysco.
If working remote, must have required software to ensure timely communications and have a dedicated work space free of any distractions and participate in customer or conference calls in a business friendly environment.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
This position may require evening and weekend work depending on business needs.
