JOB SUMMARY
Support business strategies to drive profitable growth, reduce costs, and overall business improvement. Support Commercial leadership initiatives and Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes through timely delivery of insightful financial and strategic results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the weekly and monthly initiative performance review processes.
Develop executive management reporting dashboards and p erform ad hoc financial modeling to draw conclusions.
Communicate financial and operational insights to business partners clearly and concisely to support timely decision-making.
Support Corporate FP&A processes, including identifying and communicating the drivers of monthly expense variance, risks and opportunities in forecast and assisting in the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
MBA preferred.
Experience
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Self-starter, highly motivated to improve business processes.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
High level of integrity focused on delivering timely objectives.
Broad knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
Strong Excel skills.
Working knowledge of SAP BPC financial reporting software.
Working knowledge of Tableau.
Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
Demonstrate interpersonal skills suitable for building cross-functional partnerships to achieve shared goals.
