In late 2021, the 1QBit Health Care team spun off from 1QBit to form a new company called Synthesis Health. Synthesis is a pioneer of medical technology solutions that owns and operates distributed radiology, medical imaging, and laboratory clinics. Position Summary
The Finance Manager will oversee budgeting and forecasting activities for multiple lines of business; the position will contribute to merger and acquisition diligence and maintain the Company’s corporate model.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepares budgets and forecasts for multiple lines of business (on-site and outpatient imaging centers, software as a service, machine learning, and various corporate departments).
Creates and maintains financial models for new business opportunities and existing business operations; works collaboratively with department leaders to refine assumptions driving the models.
Maintains and updates the Company’s corporate model.
Key contributor to financial diligence process on merger and acquisition opportunities.
Prepares and maintains cash flow and liquidity forecasts.
Identifies opportunities to drive revenue and shareholder returns and communicates to Management and other stakeholders.
Performs budget-to-actual analysis and reports meaningful variances to Management.
Provides input and recommendations on financial terms within sales contracts.
Prepares materials for presentation to Management and the Board.
Contributes to major projects and initiatives through timely analysis, insights and recommendations.
Recommends benchmarks that will be used to measure the company’s performance.
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration required.
Five years or more of related experience required.
Experience in financial leadership roles for publicly traded company(companies) preferred.
Language Ability
Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public.
Mathematical Ability
Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills
Proficient in budgeting & forecasting software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
