Role Summary/Purpose:
This role focuses on end-to-end delivery of Regulatory, Tax and Controllership changes needed across business process, technology, and operations to meet the directives.
This role will collaborate with project stakeholders and Technology Agile teams to build high quality solutions. The ideal candidate will understand all aspects of the project lifecycle using an Agile methodology with focus on business analysis, root cause analysis, requirements definition and finalizing project scope, driving optimal solutions, project planning and execution including post-production validation to meet regulatory demands.
The candidate will need to successfully build relationships with the Technology and Strategy teams, their leadership team, and the various stakeholders throughout the organization.
This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. Key Responsibilities:
Develop a clear understanding of Regulatory Business Requirements
Develop all documents in Agile methodologies and/or Waterfall SDLC to support project delivery. Including but not limited to Project Charter, Project Risk Assessment, Story Creation, Grooming and Validation, Project Plan, BRD, FRD, Test Plan, Test Results, UAT Approvals, and Retrospectives.
Accelerate delivery and process efficiency by applying agile methodologies to solve program/process challenges.
Provide leadership and guide 3rd party consultants throughout the systems development lifecycle to ensure quality, IT SDLC, and compliance requirements are met.
Work in a matrix environment, engage in cross functional reviews and ability to explain overall requirements to various Applications Owners
Partner with key stakeholder, internal/external customers, partners, and suppliers
Determine root cause analysis when issues arise
Provide support during all stages of the projects’ lifecycles
Work tactically to break through bottlenecks and keep projects on track
Create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
Develop Program Governance Decks, Program Milestones, and regularly communicate program status with stakeholders
Develop and implement best-practices that seek efficiency in program execution
Adhere to all policies, procedures and controls as defined by the company, identify, and develop plans to rectify any deficiencies to policy
Act as a “translator” between the Business, Change and Operation & Technology Teams
Develop creative solutions to overcome prioritization conflicts, budget challenges and/or time constraints
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years managing delivery of complex technology programs in a fast-paced environment
Minimum 5 years of IT Project or Program Management experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering technology needs to support Regulatory reporting, Financial Planning & Budgeting, Workforce planning and Cash Flow forecasting tools
Working with ETL data delivery teams to support regulatory, treasury and tax deliverables and requirements for various reports such as Part 370, 2052a, Borrowing Pack, and Deposit Pack
Clear understanding of various SDLC methodologies
Experience using Program/Project management tools – MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio and ServiceNow
Knowledge in Program/Project Management (Requirement and Scope management, Risk Management, Resource Management, Planning, Stakeholder Management etc.)
PM/BA Certifications like PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP, PMI PBA, CBAP, CSM, CSPO preferred
Knowledge of Axiom-SL, Empyrean, OneSource, Workiva and/or Oracle EPM Cloud/ EPBCS applications is a plus
Experience with identifying and remediation of Self – Identified Issues

Ability to work in challenging, demanding, and within strict regulatory timelines
Strong experience in delivering complex technology programs.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).

The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD Annual
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
