About the position:
Sword is looking to hire an Enrollment Marketing Manager – Bloom. Sword developed Bloom to connect millions of women with accessible pelvic-health care from home. The Bloom Enrollment Marketing Manager will be an innovator, owner and thought leader, developing, executing, and optimizing marketing programs to drive enrollment for Bloom’s next-generation, women’s pelvic-health solution. Working closely with clients (Employers and Health Plans) and internal partners (Customer Success, Sales, Operations, etc.) this person will bring together both product and marketing expertise to propose and execute next-level enrollment programs. We seek someone who is customer centric, data driven, loves to experiment, has a proven track record driving customer acquisition, and is passionate about women’s health.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Bloom enrollment marketing for a set of clients (major employers and health plans), developing and executing effective campaigns targeting clients’ employee and member populations. Enrollment Marketing includes setting up, executing, and adjusting planned enrollment campaigns, adding custom marketing as needed, project managing all marketing tasks, managing quality assurance, and developing new programs and strategies from scratch.
Create long-term enrollment marketing strategies for customers that take into account their lifecycle stage, marketing data, population-specific needs, and desired outcomes.
Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Design, Sales, and other teams to build and execute on marketing plans.
Continuously innovate as you identify and execute enrollment programs, using a test-and-learn approach to validate proof of concept before taking key learnings to expand and automate.
Define, drive and measure KPIs for all initiatives.
Inspire customer confidence in SWORD member marketing expertise and analytics.
Scale marketing operations and tactics – build and maintain scalable processes incorporating best practices, process efficiencies, quality and automation.
About You:
4+ years in user-growth marketing including user acquisition, engagement and retention, leveraging email, direct mail, digital ads, and social media.
Experience building campaigns end to end, including copywriting, influencing design, targeting, campaign development, vendor management, execution and optimization.
Data-driven focus with hands-on experience planning, executing campaign tests, and continually optimizing for improvement.
Experience in healthcare or consumer marketing at a high-growth tech company preferred.
Proven track record of achieving goals under set targets, timelines and budgets.
Highly curious, motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fluid environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent work experience.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and PPT/Google Slides skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
