Our company is offering a fast paced, high growth potential position as a PROJECT MANAGER.
As a Project Manager this role will be responsible for project management of reconstruction jobs while providing excellent customer experiences.

Superior Requirements and Expectations*
- Construction experience MUST!
- Experience in the Restoration field is preferred to maximize success
- Project Management and Scheduling experience is required
- Exceptional budget management experience with strong attention to detail
- Write and Running high volume of reconstruction jobs and maximizing profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service experiences within every job
- XACTIMATE experience a Plus!
- Have an established list of subcontractors
- Great communication skills within and outside the organization
- Ability to adapt and be a strategic thinker
- Independent and Organized are key traits in this role
