The Director of Finance is responsible for providing high-level support to the Executive Director of Finance in managing all aspects of the financial processes to meet or exceed budgeted profit and margin of the department and resort. Helps prepare annual resort budgets that accurately reflects the resort’s operations plan, financial summary statements, forecasting and compliance with accepted practices. This position impacts cash flow by effective management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable at the resort level. The Director of Finance will create a highly motivated and effective team member culture within the department that will exceed service excellence and achieve all financial goals identified for the company.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Candidates will need to be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Sunseeker Resorts conducts Criminal Background Checks.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Education Details: Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Finance, Accounting Hospitality Administration and/or related fields
Years of Experience: Minimum three (3) – five (5) years’ experience in hotel/resort accounting

Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
