Summary of Role:
We are seeking a Finance leader to help turbocharge SunPower’s next exciting phase of growth. This role will interface will all levels of leadership across multiple functions to help shape the culture and processes needed to support our growth trajectory. This role reports to the Senior Director of Finance and manages and coordinates weekly business review materials prepared on behalf of our CFO. Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure quality and timely distribution of weekly business review materials
Provides analytical support for business decisions and participates in process improvement initiatives
Prepare drafts of quarterly board presentation materials
Support ad hoc projects and audits
Perform other duties as assigned.
Recommended Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting
People management experience 3+ years
OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
Advanced degree preferred
Capability to organize complex datasets in Excel
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and keen to details
Experience with financial planning software tools (Anaplan, Adaptive, etc)
Good understanding of US GAAP and reporting
Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
