Summary:
The Director / VP of Finance, Treasurer and Investor Relations is responsible for leading the team’s asset-specific and company-wide financial, treasury and investor relation efforts; Responsible for coordinating with business development and asset managers to develop, track and refine forecasting of future throughput volumes, revenues and expenditures to establish cost structures and determine capital budgeting for new projects and managing the corporate financial model; Responsible for preparing financial and qualitative analysis associated with new corporate and business development opportunities, including acquisitions, divestitures, M&A and other ad hoc initiatives; Responsible for assisting with the team’s debt and equity capital raising, including interacting with key stakeholders; Responsible for leading all investor relations activities, including communications with investors, preparation of investor presentations, spearheading all press releases, drafting investor call transcripts.
This role requires the ability to work cross-functionally across the organization, present with confidence and expertise to the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors, and represent Summit Midstream externally with presence, professionalism, and exceptional communication. This individual should be a proven leader that can establish trust, build confidence, inspire an impactful team, and emulate our leadership principles. This position will report to the CFO.
