Such n Such Media is a Buford, GA marketing agency with a proven track record of growth and happy customers. Our revenue exceeds 7 figures after just three years in business. We have healthy gross and net profits. Our effective team produces excellent results for our clients so much that we’ve only lost three clients in three years.

Such n Such is continuing to grow and is in need of some up-and-coming digital marketing Rockstar’s! This position reports directly to the Operations & Marketing Manager. An ideal Digital Marketing Account Manager would love working with clients to discover what success looks like to them. As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you would have an intellectual curiosity for advertising, experience managing multiple digital marketing campaigns concurrently, a commitment to client performance, and a great sense of humor! The perfect candidate to join this tight-knit team will love to work hard and play hard!

This is a hybrid position, working in the Buford, GA office 4 days a week, and the ability to work remotely on Fridays. Office hours 7:30am – 3:00pm EST.

This is a junior-level position with a lot of opportunities to grow. The starting base salary is between $45,000 – $50,000 annually depending on experience.

JOB SUMMARY

An ideal Digital Marketing Account Manager will execute the tasks required to optimize and increase client’s online presence. Depending on the clients assigned, a Digital Marketing Account Manager’s normal day would include tasks such as:

• Client Calls to discuss digital marketing performance and needs
• Internal calls and communication with the team to execute tasks requested by the client
• Assigning tasks to other team members using our project management system based on client needs and requests
• Working to onboard new clients and ensure that their experience from the moment they sign up for services is a positive one
• Client Reporting and Analytical review of website performance
• SEO Website Content Creation/Blog Creation
• Auditing client websites to grow online visibility and performance
• Providing insights and next steps on Analytics reports as needed
• Additional tasks as assigned and as required to best serve the needs of clients. (we all roll up our sleeves and help each other out when things get busy)

Such n Such Media generates the majority of our revenue from SEO services. We plan to expand our services into paid advertising and video production. We’re niched down into the home service industry at the moment but plan to branch out into the software, automotive, and medical fields. We’ve accomplished all our growth from our podcast, referrals, and repeat business. We have not performed any marketing for growth other than events.

Compensation is based on experience and knowledge.

Requirements

SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• 2+ Years of experience as an account manager (marketing agency experience a plus)
• Lots of communication with clients and the Such n Such team (Smile for the Zoom camera)!
• Basic Knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media, and more)
• Willingness and desire to learn every day in a variety of areas of Digital Marketing
• Experience with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Strong desire to be challenged and create something SIGNIFICANT personally and professionally.
• Self-starter with the ability to identify and execute next steps
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage Digital Marketing projects and website development projects (we have the talent to make great websites that rank and we are looking for someone to help keep the projects running smoothly)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

SKILLS NOT REQUIRED TO START (but definitely a plus)

• Experience implementing/optimizing SEO, SEM (AdWords/Bing), and other Internet advertising techniques (e.g., Retargeting, Display, Native Advertising, etc.).
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Business Profile.
• Experience in Content Marketing, Social Media Advertising & Management (e.g., Facebook Business/Ads Manager), and Email Marketing (Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc.).
• Experience with Content Management Systems (especially WordPress).
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools like SEMRush, Majestic, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and others is a plus
• Paid Advertising in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, NextDoor, etc
