In this position, you will be the tie-breaker for the leadership team, the glue for the organization while holding everything together. You will be accountable for the P&L results, executing the business plan, holding the leadership team accountable, and providing a steady force in the organization.
A successful Operations Manager has the skill set to rise above all the moving parts, take a high-level view of the company, and establish processes and structure. This involves reducing complexity, creating accountability, systemizing, simplifying, and applying technology to the company’s processes—all while remaining consistent.

Responsibilities
Holds the responsibility of effective store operation (for each Amazon store)
Identify ways to improve systems, training, workflow, etc.
Diagnose acute and chronic issues within a store- Proactively develop and implement plan to correct these issues
Create trainings/Teach effective communication (Over-report progress)
Run a large team of VAs (24/7/365)- Lead, manage, and hold people accountable
New client onboarding/store setup
Develop and manage the team through KPIs
Communicate with store owners/clients on demand (as needed)
Call suppliers or other parties as needed to solve issues
Monthly review with StoreBuilt clients store performance
Qualifications
2-3 years experience leading teams
Competent in leading and teaching teams and holding them accountable to KPI’s set by you/the team
High level of detail in management – Not a micromanager but will see what’s happening, what needs to be helped, worked on and use their judgment in leading
Commerce experience
Proficient with technology
Incredible communicator verbally and in written form
Positive and unwavering attitude
Good working from home
Willing to get Bonded (Insurance instrument)
Willing to sign NDA and non-compete 5 years
Compensation
$50,000 DOE + Opportunities for significant bonuses based on company performance
