The Manager, Customer Quality at Stord is responsible for ensuring our warehouse operations data and performance to north star metrics support our customer’s business and meet service level agreements. You will grow and nurture relationships with Stord’s operations, drive standard data collection and actions taken to meet key performance indicators. In addition deep-diving technical issues, and focusing on continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a team to collect data, ensure accuracy in all systems and maintain the accuracy in order to drive overall account performance and accuracy in billing.
- Continually streamline and improve processes between our 1st Party buildings and customers
- Resolve customer escalations by partnering with Fulfillment Operations and Customer Success Peers.
- Drive persistence in team members to work with Customer Success and Operations in order to achieve operational excellence
- Comfortable working cross functionally and as the liaison between Stord’s customers and internal organizations.
- Display strong verbal and written communication skills throughout customer and internal interactions
- Eagerness to teach and develop your team to move to the next level of their careers
What You’ll Need:
- Background working in Supply Chain or Logistics, preferably with a Fulfillment focus
- Ability and to manage 6-8 team members, provide feedback, development and coaching
- Deep understanding for the components of Inventory Accuracy, Order Accuracy and On-Time Shipping
- Experience working with Operations
- Microsoft Excel Skills
- Personality geared towards customer obsession
- Strong display of ownership
- Enthusiasm for relationship building
- High level of negotiation proficiency
- Team-Oriented mentality
- The ability to strategically maneuver through supply chain related problems
- Polished written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem solving approach
Bonus Points
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-7 years in Supply Chain
- Experience using WMS Systems

Pay: $90,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
