The Accounts Payable Assistant Manager directly manages two Accounts Payable Analysts and assists the Accounts Payable Manager with the coordination of the rest of the department, which includes daily processing of all accounts payable payments, daily pay cycle check runs, communication with departments and suppliers on accounts payable issues and special types of payments. Serves as the liaison with the Purchasing Department on all related issues regarding processes and payments.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.
