Starbucks Licensed Stores US Finance is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager partner. Our team’s mission is to deliver critical finance support for our US Retail Licensed Stores organization. To accomplish this, we need individuals with experience in supporting retail partnerships and initiating collaborative, cross-organizational project initiatives to drive financial success, process improvements, ensure holistic accountability, and better support business objectives and strategic direction.
The Senior Finance Manager, Licensed Stores Finance partner contributes to Starbucks success by managing the development of strategic plans, annual budgets and quarterly forecasting. Leads a team of six finance professionals in conducting complex analysis of key performance measures to influence decision-making in functions including Operations, Business Development, Product & Marketing. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
In addition, the appropriate candidate will play a critical part in understanding the short and long-term goals of Starbucks Licensed Stores. We are looking for a someone with deep curiosity who can take Starbucks Licensed Stores into the future, while mentoring the team to a new level of success.

Lead – Setting goals for the work group, developing organizational capability, and modeling how we work together:
Plan and Execute – Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results:
Business Requirements – Providing functional expertise and executing functional responsibilities:
Partner Development & Team Building – Providing partners with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and building effective teams:
Oversees training and development of partners directly and indirectly managed and makes effective staffing decisions.
