Starbucks US/North America FP&A is seeking a Finance Manager to lead our finance team supporting US/North America Consolidations, a critical and high-visibility function in the business. Our team’s mission is to deliver critical finance support for our US Retail Operations leaders and our North America Finance leaders. To accomplish this, the ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams and process improvement activities, knowledge with planning and forecasting, ability to provide strategic oversight and direction, an ability to navigate systems, and is the calm in the storm supporting a business-critical function.
The Finance Manager contributes to Starbucks success by managing the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasting, and highly critical monthly/quarterly reporting. Leading a team of high-performing analysts, this person will be responsible for the quality and accuracy of deliverables, conducting complex analyses of key performance measures to influence senior leadership decision-making and ensuring the correct controls are in place in partnership with our accounting team.
