The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the School of Medicine seeks to improve women’s health through innovative and compassionate care, education, advocacy, and discovery. Our finance staff helps us achieve this mission by providing financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making, and by contributing to the development and implementation of fiscal policies to improve efficiency and transparency.
The Department is seeking a Finance Manager 2 to oversee a team of analysts supporting Research and Clinical Finance The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment managing the Clinical practice in partnership with School of Medicine, Stanford Hospital and Stanford Children’s Hospital as well as oversee research proposal preparation and post-award financial activities on grants, contracts, gifts, program projects, and federal grants.
Duties include:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
Master’s degree and six years relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.

Routine extended working hours during peak cycles; travel to school/unit sites across university.
