The Role Responsibilities
Strategy
This role provides performance management support to Financial Markets business and Treasury Markets to help drive the Americas growth strategy.
Business
Primarily, Financial Markets & Treasury Markets
Processes
Partner with the CIB Americas Business to drive the delivery of its strategy and measure the success of its execution. This includes working closely with CIB Finance FM team to deliver reporting/analytical needs of the FM business, accounting policy, financial regulation, capital, and others.
Interact with front office and traders, develops comprehensive MI packs and provides commentary on business drivers and returns.
Support the Head of CIB Finance in ensuring the integrity of management and financial reporting for Financial Markets and Treasury Markets. Work closely with the global Product Control and Finance support teams to ensure Actual vs. Flash process is performed properly each month. Responsible for month end PSGL journal postings, Pipeline revenues and Balance Sheet reporting.
Manages cost booking, reporting, budgeting and forecasting for Americas Financial Markets businesses.
Manage ad hoc requests including Product Program reviews, projects, and others

Our Ideal Candidate
Qualification in Business, Finance, or Accounting
Prior work experience in business finance/product control functions within the financial services industry is an added advantage
Highly proficient computer skills, including Excel and ability to manage and transform data into information
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence business partners and identify opportunities to further leverage budgets/forecast targets
Adept at handling multiple tasks at once within an extremely deadline driven environment
Ability to demonstrate the Bank’s values in achieving objectives
