The healthcare teams at St. Paul’s PACE provide a hands-on approach coordinating medical, social, and home care services so individuals no longer need to manage their medical care alone. Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, supports St Paul’s PACE needs for business planning, budgeting, performance measurement, forecasting, and regulatory reporting. Works in conjunction with Corporate Accounting staff to achieve timely, accurate financial statement reporting.
Provides financial consulting and strategic support to senior management, including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunity analysis and other projects requested by senior management. Supports management decision-making by providing financial insights into past performance and projections of future performance. The direct reports to this role includes two Financial Analysts. Qualifications and Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or other administrative field; MBA preferred • Experience: 5+ years’ experience as FP&A Manager with like-sized organization Skills and Knowledge: • Strong leadership skills required.
