Summary – Customer Success Manager
The Customer Success Manager is role is responsible for the successful planning, coordinating, scheduling, managing and execution of various technology projects and initiatives. This role is responsible for managing and reporting to the client and to Spencer leadership on status of adherence to all SLAs and SOWs. This role will partner with Spencer customers, vendors, manufactures and internal teams to successfully deliver and execute. Successful candidates will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be able to manage competing priorities, provide sound, logical planning of activities and be a team player. The Account Manager will need to develop, create and produce various deliverables and documentation. Must be able to effectively lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a good overall technology understanding with significant technical support and PM experience.
