MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with cross-department personnel to document processes, validate findings and summarize observations.
Support Marketing tactic execution including maintaining sample libraries for all direct response marketing channels.
Support preparation of internal meetings, assist with note taking, distribution of notes, and follow-through on action items identified in meetings.
Write internal documentation, including process flowcharts, systems overviews and management summaries.
Perform ad hoc reporting as needed.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
High EQ
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to understand systems, applications, and business processes and procedures
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to make presentations
Interface and communicate with department Leaders
Help identify business opportunities and opportunities for improvement
Must have strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong business systems skills
Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively in order to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Related Work Experience
3+ years of experience in systems processes, project planning and operational activities
