Part Time Office Manager for a Tutoring Center (Remote from the US)

We are looking for an energetic Italian native speaker/level like native. Official starting date 08/26 but there might be a slight flexibility if you need to leave a previous commitment. There will be a 10-15 hour training. Weekly hours 20-25.

Tasks:
– answer phone calls from prospect students, reply to email requests from prospect students and manage follow up in order to acquire new enrollments
– manage active students using our online platform
– add new students enrollment in our system and set up schedule of private/group classes
– manage teachers’ calendars
– weekly check teachers’ payroll
– add new contacts on the online platform for our mailing list
– set up classes on Zoom
– follow up with former students
– work in liaison with the Director

The candidate must be authorize to work in the US.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Self-determined schedule

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Office manager: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Italian (Required)
