The Team: Global Real Estate is responsible for the overall real estate operations for S&P Global. Working closely with CBRE, our 3rd party property manager, the team provides state-of-the-art workplace environments adhering to an overall corporate standard. The centralized team is continually looking to improve efficiencies by providing consistent and high level service.
The Impact: The Associate Director of Finance is a critical role within the real estate finance team requiring strong accounting and finance skills to prepare and consolidate the monthly close and estimates in additional the annual budget dealing both with the Corporate Controllers and FP&A teams.

Responsibilities:
Analysis, reporting, consolidation, and management of the close, estimate, and budget for direct expense for all S&P Global consolidation locations
Manage team planning calendars
Manage the Business Unit Allocations – WISP/Oracle allocation process for the close, estimate each month along with the annual budget
Lead contact for Internal Controls and Corporate Audits
Business Unit Liaison – manages relationships and responses to all inquiries
Ad Hoc Financial Analysis for Operations Team including utilization and other ad hoc analysis for Senior S&P Global Leadership (i.e., net zero updates)
Balance Sheet Reporting
Intercompany Agreements
Responsible for Anaplan functionality and maintenance as it relates to Global Real Estate
Oracle and Other System Maintenance
Manage Costar
Manage Financial Analyst – Special Projects
What we’re looking for?
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related curriculum
Organized, responsible and committed
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present issues and ideas
Extensive Microsoft Excel knowledge and expertise,
Alteryx and Tableau preferred, but if, not must be willing to learn
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills (i.e., proactive problem solver), and an inquisitive mind. Knowledge of accounting principles
Ability to work independently and as a fully contributing member of a team
Comfortable managing the delivery of high-quality outputs with overlapping deadlines and tight time constraints
Experience with Oracle and Anaplan
Willingness to learn CoStar
CPA/MBA, preferred

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $88,000 to $200,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan
