Director of Digital Marketing

Job Description:
In this new and exciting role, the Digital Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high-performing marketing team. We are looking for a goal-oriented individual who will find fulfillment in motivating, training, and engaging the marketing team in an enthusiastic way. The Digital Marketing Director will be focused on achieving results that are aligned with the larger picture of our organization and its strategic goals. The individual will be focused on driving our organization’s revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns and strategies utilizing e-commerce content. Lead:
· Marketing strategy for new and existing products – including optimization of eCommerce sales, and content marketing that informs and builds trust with our audience

· Revenue growth through successful Digital marketing campaigns

· The generation of leads for the sales team through website articles, blogs, social media, tradeshows, image galleries, YouTube videos, Adwords, AdRoll, social media, and print media

· Paid Ad Marketing campaigns and tradeshows

· The rebranding of our organization’s website and e-commerce platform

Manage:
· A high-performing digital marketing and e-commerce team

· KPIs and the performance of marketing plans and adjust plans accordingly to ensure strategic goals are being met

· Marketing budget and show project ROI
Responsible For:
· Establishing analytics with sales to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers and continually refine our process in lead generation

· Overseeing research and data analysis to support the growth opportunities for SSG products, including an analysis of market size, consumer behavior, and competitive positioning to evaluate the attractiveness of new markets, product use cases, and audience targets for Digital marketing

· Staying current and implementing the latest digital marketing trends as it is relevant to the organization

· Establishing clear campaign KPIs, tracking campaign progress, and generating stakeholder reports that clearly communicate progress against daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Accountable to:
· Work alongside the executive leadership team

· Collaborate with the different areas of the executive leadership team

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing strategies for brand awareness with B2B products
• 7+ Years in account management or 2 +Digital Marketing Director experience
• Proven experience leading a team of individuals
• Experience marketing furniture, home goods, and Business office products is a plus
• Ecommerce marketing, distribution marketing, and direct to consumer marketing

· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original opportunities

· Excellent oral and written English communication skills

· Innovative individual with the ability to improve efficiency

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Independent and driven to take the initiative to complete tasks and solve problems

· Skill in managing budgets, P&L, and resource allocation

· Bachelors in marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
