Southpace Properties Looking for Part Time Accountant Assistant/Book Keeper at Birmingham, AL Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Assistant the accounting department by helping with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Complete monthly closing processes of AP, AR, and General Ledger
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper accounting procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Proficient in Excel
• Minimum 5 years general ledger/bookkeeping experience
• Minimum 2 years commercial real estate industry experience
• Experience with Skyline or Yardi software is a plus
• Background check and references are a must
