Become a Marketing and Outreach Advisor working with Customer Programs & Services at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you will be responsible for serving as the Income Qualified Program (IQP) subject matter expert in coordinating the content, design, compliance, and distribution of customer facing marketing collateral including print, website, and social media. The role will establish relationships with customer-centric organizations targeting a similar customer base and will coordinate with both internal and external parties to streamline and optimize IQP marketing to drive customer awareness of SCEs energy efficiency and bill assistance programs. This role is essential to ensure that IQP meets all compliance mandates as well as positions SCE as a role model for outreach among interested parties such as the Low Income Oversight Board, the CPUC, and Energy Division.
In this Advisor role, your primary goal is to support the health, comfort and safety of the most vulnerable and hard to reach low-income customers in SCE’s territory. Your work will help power the planet, promote energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions to create a cleaner air for everyone. Are you ready to take on the challenge to help us build the future?
