Job Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our newly merged radiology practice. This individual will work with our CFO & financial analyst to provide timely and accurate analytics to our CFO, President and Senior Business Leaders. This position will be responsible for extracting data from various internal sources, creating management operating reports, analyzing data, creating monthly financials, budget and forecast preparation, and ad-hoc reporting / special projects as needed. This is a past paced, deadline driven position within an exciting and growing healthcare organization.
Education/Licensing/Certification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Analytics
Experience:
· 2+ years experience conducting financial data analysis & planning in the Healthcare Industry.
Strong accounting foundation
· Proven experience in a Financial Analyst role in an FP&A environment
Knowledge and Skills:
· Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Point. Experience with Microsoft Power BI desired.
· Ability to translate complex financial data, verbally and graphically, to communicate with non-financial stakeholders and leaders
· Advanced/expert Excel skills and experience with enterprise reporting tools / data warehouses
· Strong organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow through to resolve outstanding issues
· Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet demanding deadlines
· Professional ambition, initiative, team player with proven ability to work in a collaborative environment
· High ability to adapt to changing priorities
