Job Description South Coast Commercial INC is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining all payables for the properties we manage. This position will also include customer service and oversee our front office as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records.
- Pay all invoices monthly, 2000+
- Handle walk in at our front desk/office.
- Work in office 8-5pm
- Professional on phone and with tenants/clients
- Work with our accounting team of professionals, participate in weekly team meeting.
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy each transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in A/P, accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive personality, team player
- Professional
- Able to work 8-5pm
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
