The Strategy & Communications Analyst role supports the following for the Office of the CIO Status Reports/Dashboards/Roadmaps. This role will consolidate and facilitate organized view of project, program, and portfolio status and planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage/audit the central repository for status reports, roadmaps, and other stakeholder-focused documents. This involves engagement with PMs/Scrum Masters across the IT PMO organization (as data providers), as well as with executive leaders across Inspire (as data consumers).
Provide coaching (for both data providers and consumers) through ongoing process improvement activities (including decisions regarding template changes) and actively manages accountability for reporting (primarily in terms of data currency and accuracy) each week.
Collect/curate metrics from across IT organizations for inclusion in a monthly Reporting Packet. This involves engagement with senior leaders and key technical resources across the organization (as data providers), as well as with executive leaders (as data consumers).
Provides coaching through ongoing process improvement activities (including decisions regarding template changes) and actively manages accountability for data (primarily in terms of data currency and accuracy) each month.
Lead organization of large (IT-wide) events.
Maintain and continuously improve training/onboarding documents and tools for IT organization. This may involve decisions regarding template changes and will certainly involve regular adjustments (to accommodate a broad array of skills and perspectives across the IT organization).
Consolidate and facilitate clear communication of KPIs to a broad audience.
Coordinate and facilitate broad-based events (such as Town Halls, Leadership Meetings, Lunch ‘n Learns, etc).
Maintain and continuously improve online training/onboarding resources for the IT team (SharePoint, Confluence, Cornerstone LMS, etc).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
4-Year degree in a technology discipline required
Minimum2 years managing broad-based communication channels for technology audience/user base
