The Solidarity Center is seeking an experienced International Finance Manager (IFM) to join our growing Finance team based in Washington, D.C. This individual will assist the Director of Finance (DoF) and Controller to oversee and manage the entire project accounting and regional finance teams with an estimated annual budget of approximately $62 million and with 26 field offices overseas. The IFM will lead all finance and project accounting activities and apply GAAS to manage and oversee pre- and post-award administration of multiple and complex grants, sub-grants, contracts, and sub-contracts to ensure strict compliance with donor requirements and internal policies and procedures. The individual will work closely with the Controller and DoF to lead and improve the performance of the entire department.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team to present high quality results within tight and competing timeframes. The IFM will have outstanding analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal technical writing and communications skills.

This is a management position, generously compensated with a gross annual salary starting at approximately $157,000 a year, USD based on experience. A robust benefits package includes fully paid health insurance, a retirement plan and pension, life insurance, and ample paid time off for holidays, vacation, and medical leave. Pre-tax deduction programs are also available for commuting, dependent care, and health care expenses. In addition, we offer opportunities and funds for professional development.
