Job description
– oversee all operations of large franchise dealer service department.
– Recruit, hire and lead technical, Advisor and support staff.
– Direct and oversee department training programs, technician mentorship program & factory certification training paths.
– Create team culture that can deliver outstanding employee & guest experiences.
– Responsible for Dept. Profit & loss statement, Financial Statement performance, expense management & vendor relations.
– Join dealership management team to help direct company priorities.
– Set annual dept. goals and create plan to achieve goals.
– Collaborate with other dealership managers and General Manager on dealership wide goals.
