Responsibilities
- Other management duties as assigned
- In charge of the day-to-day operations of the facility
- Work the majority of the Manager on Duty shifts
- Hire, train, evaluate, schedule and oversee all non-event staff members
- Be able to perform all employee functions
- Inventory and ordering
- Review court maintenance manual and make sure inspections are completed twice a week
- Report all accidents/incidents properly and timely to insurance agency
- Follow up with the injured customer
- Manage SkyRobics program including instructor scheduling
- Develop effective methods of improving the company’s operations
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree
Qualifications
- Previous management experience with young, part time staff
- Experience with employee scheduling
- Ability to work nights/weekends
- Ability to enforce rules and regulations
- Customer service experience
- Good computer skills
Compensation
$13 to 17 per hour
Position Type
Part-Time, 20 hours / per week
