Position Summary: We are looking for a Marketing Director for PCA Skin to join our team to help drive growth and provide a top-notch brand experience for our professional skincare brand. The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and delivering brand growth plans by ensuring we have the right products and messaging to bring people to our brand. This role interacts with the Chief Brand Officer, Global Marketing team, US Marketing team, US Professional Sales and Digital Commerce teams to orchestrate the brand in the US market.
This position is based in Scottsdale, AZ
Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
Set and manage brand budget and ensure KPIs are met (sales, operating profit, awareness, conversions, retention, etc.)
Develop Brand Growth Plans to attract, convert and retain people to / within the Brand
Bring brand to life in the US Market through the development, planning and execution of the Brand Experience Calendar
Oversee direct reports for professional marketing, community management (social & influencer marketing), and tradeshow / event marketing
Coordinate activities across the marketing and commercial teams
Develop portfolio, pricing and launch grid for US market
Work with internal and external resources to develop briefs & creative for US specific execution
Ensure alignment of brand messaging across Sales, e-Tail, Comms and Education
Partner with Education, Media, Digital Commerce & Sales to enhance customers success
Own external partnerships & CSR

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
10+ years of work experience in an Marketing role including brand building and people management
Experience in campaign development and execution
Strong understanding of agency management
Must live in the greater Scottsdale, AZ area
Preferred Skills:
Master’s degree or MBA
Prior working experience in the skincare industry or professional marketing, or a large, multi-national company
