SIRVA Hiring for Client Finance Reporting Project Manager Job at Remote Full Time

The Client Finance Reporting & Project Manager is responsible for managing a team as well as supporting various IT and Client Finance Projects as a project manager such as but not limited to the implementation of new system versions/enhancements and new reporting and dashboard deliverables. The main areas of responsibilities of this role are listed below:

• Lead Reporting Team to ensure timely and accurate internal and client facing reports
• Project manage SE updates and changes on new reporting functionality
• Assist the Director and VP, Client Finance on both internal and client projects as needed.
• Supporting Creating training materials and working with Training department on the implementation of new system functionalities and reporting deliverables

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage team members’ performance through mentoring, performance reviews, meetings and the TMS process.
• Directly responsible for the hiring of all team members.
• Supervise and mentor all team members to achieve all team metrics and responsibilities. This includes specific meetings to review Project updates, reporting deliverables, and product quality
• Manages and ensures the quality of the work product and responsible for balancing workload & resources accordingly, and actively work on backlog or outstanding items as needed, or as requested by their manager.
• Understand their team’s roles and responsibilities to help support them from a coaching, mentoring and development perspective

• Project manage implementation, testing, configuration and training of new system functionalities

• Produce and Design Client Specific Financial reporting related to but not limited to cost, budget to actual, and profitability

• Responsible for Data Integrity and Data Quality related to client finance processes and reconciliation between financial systems. Collaborate and work with operational and IT teams to ensure overall financial quality reporting as demanded by our clients

• Assist in training and special projects as needed. This would include mentoring for on-the-job training, employee development and acting as a subject matter expert.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS

• Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience required
• Minimum 2 years of client finance reporting experience required
• Skills in Servicengine and Power BI preferred
• Financial/Accounting knowledge preferred
• Advanced level of Excel skills required
• Must be detail oriented and have good analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to work successfully in a team and deadline driven environment

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
