Silgan Specialty Packaging has an immediate opening for an experienced Customer Service Manager.
Summary: The Customer Service Manager is responsible for Leading Customer Service activities and directly supervising the Customer Service Representatives. The CS Manager is also responsible for verifying that components are available for manufacturing and oversees communication with customers and various departments within the organization to process orders, monitor inventory, follow up to verify on time delivery and customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Manager acts as a liaison between the customer and SSP employees to process requests and resolve complaints.
