POSITION SUMMARY
Signature Payments is looking for a Channel Manager of CBD to join our growing team. The Channel Manager is responsible for building the high risk CBD channel of Signature Payments and increasing sales referral accounts through building excellent customer relations with new partners and existing contacts and resources. This position works with a specific portfolio of partners and merchants who provide a higher value to the Signature Payments’ integrated partner program model. Specific tasks include outbound call campaigns, using a CRM, and working well with platform teams.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assertive outbound calls to high value dealers and help them position Signature at the merchant level.
· Develop add-on business and new product adoption with existing accounts.
· Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
· Work in concert as needed with other departments (Agent Support, Customer Support, Product, and Marketing).
· Negotiate pricing and terms with partners and referrals to encourage the close of the sale.
· Own all commission and product questions with partners.
· Build a positive long-term relationship with partner to help increase sales opportunities.
· Respond/acknowledge all correspondence either verbally or by email in a timely manner.
· Document inquiry outcomes, solutions for accurate tracking, and analysis to be used in the future, or by other departments as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (required):
· At least 3 years customer service and sales experience required, preferably within the Payment Processing Industry.
· Successful history building new reseller relationships within an existing reseller base.
· Knowledge of operations, commissions, software, technical support and I.T. processes.
· Ability to apply creative, aggressive, and persistent selling techniques to confidently recruit/convert a specific channel type.
Education and Experience (required):
· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Business Administration or equivalent amount of education and experience
