Job Description
Summary/objective
Do you want to play an integral role in a dynamic organization? We are looking for a Fiscal Manager who wants to assist our organization. The right candidate will enjoy learning new tasks and taking on a variety of responsibilities while working in an up-beat, nonprofit environment.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Fiscal Manager provides secretarial and administrative support to the Administration; communicating information to students, parents, staff, and/or other districts; ensuring compliance with financial, legal and administrative requirements; and supporting the broad array of services provided to students, parents, instructional and support employees.

Accounts Payable
Enter & code invoices
enter into bill.com
sync with accounting software
verify a copy of all invoices are in both systems for back up documentation
Maintain vendor relationships, including but not limited to establishing payment terms, verifying due dates when processing invoices, and research all statements received
Process AP payments
Checks
ACH
Manual Checks
Accounts Receivable
Responsible for recording deposits daily by comparing the check log and the operating account to provide a summary of all deposits made
Accounts Reconciliations
Bank statements
Credit Cards
Stripe, Cardpoint, other systems that are used for money received
Report
Include payments, deposits, other financial information

The Fiscal Manager must be able to prioritize, organize and communicate with all levels of the organization. They should be able to maintain confidentiality, be a critical thinker, as well as be concise and detail oriented. You must have a positive demeanor, great customer service skills.

Required education and experience
High School or Equivalent
Customer Service 1 year (Preferred)
2-3 years of work-related experience with position responsibilities, including but not limited to communications, logistics
Proficient in all applications of Microsoft Office
Demonstrated strong organizational skills
