Automotive Finance Manager

If that’s you, an excellent opportunity awaits at a family-owned dealership in Watertown Connecticut. We’re looking for a top producer with a documented sales record and strong CSI background to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service while presenting clients with finance and insurance options utilizing menu presentations.
- Understand and comply with local, state and federal regulations.
- Work with lenders to ensure the prompt funding of all contracts.
- Assist sales department with active customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with credit analysts, funding departments and administrative support staff.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year of dealership F&I experience is required; automotive sales experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of menu presentations.
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Strong communication skills to work with customers, employees and vendors.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of integrity.
- Desire to continuously improve.

Experience:
- Only candidates with Automotive Experience will be considered. All replies will be held in confidence.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $600.00 – $1,000.00 per week
