As the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will be responsible for the creation and presentation of financial reports and analysis as well as the preparation of budgets and forecasts. This position works closely with field operations, corporate finance and other departmental and operational managers.
This position is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below.
Manages the creation and preparation of materials for the monthly financial reporting package and monthly financial executive package.
Reviews monthly financial packages prepared by the analysts.
On a quarterly basis, works closely with the Senior Director of FP &A, Treasurer and other financial leaders to provide financial analysis and metrics to assist with the lenders calls.
Reviews and recommends best practices for financial analysis policies and procedures.
Manages the overall consistency and standardization of all service line metrics, reporting and analysis.
Drives value added analysis to allow management to make sound business decisions.
Analyzes, evaluates and interprets data, actual to budget and reforecast results.
Liaises actively with Corporate Accounting and other functional areas to ensure the proper flow of information and accuracy of results.
Works with VP, Sr Director and Director of FP & A on projects.
No direct supervising but will help with the management duties of the analysts.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required to perform the job.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and a minimum of 5+ years of related experience. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience with Hyperion or other large ERP system and report writing systems.
