We are currently seeking an outgoing, eager to work Accounting Clerk in the York, PA area!
Job Duties include but not limited to
- Creating PO’s for payments
- Research why invoices have not been processed
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment details
- Account Receivable functions
- Utilizing “Cargowise” software and spreadsheets
Required skills
- Basic accounting skills
- Must be able to know the difference between accounts payable and receivable
- Data entry
- Good researching skills
- Excel skills
- Good communication
Hours/Compensation
- 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
- $17.00/hr
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Schedule
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Education
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
