We are looking for a Finance Manager with exceptional financial acumen and strategic planning abilities to guide the company’s financial direction in Irving, Texas.
Job responsibilities include :
- Develop financial strategy and performance measures that align with the company’s strategic direction
- Oversee and manage the finance / accounting team operations, including budgets, forecasting and audits
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Foster relations with external auditors and regulatory authorities
- Provide insightful information and expectations to the company’s executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
- Review financial data and review monthly and annual reports
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Present financial reports to the board, stakeholders, and executives in formal meetings
- Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
Requirements :
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the industrial / manufacturing industry
- Advanced understanding of business principles and practices
- Advanced understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in accounting software
- At least 3-5 years’ managerial experience with the ability to manage, guide and lead employees
- Professional qualification such as CFA / CPA or similar will be considered a plus
