About the Role:
Seerist is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Federal Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting US Federal Government clients. Specifically, this opportunity will involve working within the Intelligence Community. Ideal candidates will have GIS experience and be based in or near Washington, DC, but other locations will be considered.
Align with the clients and supports them through the lifecycle of their contract
Function as a bridge between the client and the company and provide the client with unparalleled service
Capture and provide client feedback to the development and production teams all while adding value to the client’s mission.
Responsible for the successes of their primary clients whiles supporting the team on the success of others when needed.
Must be able to create, edit, research, evaluate, analyze, and fuse data from multiple sources and datasets to produce interactive maps, dashboards, and GIS applications
Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and authority
Have a thorough grasp on worldwide political events and how they may impact the US government’s objectives here and abroad.
Ability to effectively work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders from entry-level employees to C-suite executive
Self-motivated with the ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment
Genuine customer empathy
Organized and strong time management skills
Excellent written & verbal communication
A thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment
Experience as a GIS technician or a Geospatial Analyst successfully working with the US Federal Government preferred.
Have experience working directly with or for a member of the Intelligence Community.
