Position Title: Finance and Billing Coordinator
Location: Onsite in Sterling Heights, Michigan (MI)

Position Responsibilities:
The Global Clients Americas division has an exciting career opportunity for an onsite Finance and Billing Coordinator to support invoice processing and quality assurance across our enterprise for a dedicated client. Specific position responsibilities include:
Providing training and support to internal field employees upon receiving request(s) from field and/or account leadership
Creating, deleting, and editing engagements, bill categories, wage rates, and bill rates in system
Reviewing data entries, investigating errors, and working with the field to make or have corrections made based on the assignment of responsibilities
Updating PDF copies of invoices to include substantiated mark-ups
Track and obtaining approvals
Uploading invoices into authorized databases
Tracking and confirming invoice payments and ensuring accuracy in applying payments to the correct engagements
Generating billing adjustments, write-offs, approval submissions, and following up on process completions
Reporting on quarterly cost-savings resulting from tiered bill rates
Completing additional tasks assigned by leadership
This position is ideal for candidates who tactfully and effectively organize, time manage, apply attention to detail, communicate at all levels, collaborate with teams, lead without authority, and work daily with both data and technology. This position is also ideal for an individual who can work onsite daily and engage in light travel up to 10%.
Compensation:
This full-time W-2 position provides an annual salary within the range of $55,000 to $60,000, comprehensive benefits for both self and qualifying dependents, paid time off, 401K with company matching, employee discounts, internal and external developmental opportunities, and more.
