The Opportunity:
This is a newly created role tasked with supporting and management Seamless.AI contracts, including customer, vendor, NDA and other commercial agreements. This position will also assess and implement a contract management program, as well as develop and deliver best practices on contracts, including as to contract language and negotiation. This role reports to the General Counsel.
This is a newly created role tasked with supporting and management Seamless.AI contracts, including customer, vendor, NDA and other commercial agreements. This position will also assess and implement a contract management program, as well as develop and deliver best practices on contracts, including as to contract language and negotiation. This role reports to the General Counsel.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with customers, vendors and internal partners to review, negotiate and manage a wide range of commercial agreements
Partner with leadership to provide strategic commercial guidance to ensure successful outcomes
Evaluate vendor proposals
Lead the development of internal policies and guidelines for contract review and management, including implementation of a contract management system
Own, maintain and improve form agreements
Facilitate drafting additional agreements based on business needs
Assist in special projects and support the General Counsel on additional legal matters as requested
Skillset:
Demonstrated success in building internal trust and strong relationships with business partners
Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, etc
Experience with preparation of responses to customers, negotiations of terms and conditions, and administration of various contract types
Experience working with technology company a plus
Excellent time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to work in fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment
Ability to work independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
5+ years’ relevant experience, preferably with experience in SaaS
