You will be responsible for project-based financial modeling and the preparation of investment committee materials to assist investment decisions.
In addition to financial analysis, the ideal candidate will have the desire to “know enough to be dangerous” about topics ranging from energy markets, project engineering, construction, development, to key legal issues that impact the investment analysis of a particular project.
While the bulk of your work will focus on project-level deals, you will also analyze development platforms from time to time.

You will join the M&A team, reporting directly to the Senior VP of M&A. You will collaborate extensively with team members across the company as Scout continues to grow through both organic and strategic acquisition opportunities to bring high quality wind and solar projects into our pipeline for development.

Compensation
Target base salary: $80,000 – $95,000 (Negotiable for the right candidate.)
