Once DFL Program is concluded in a given ERP / Territory, a permanent RUN team (Technical and Functional) is taking care about the long-term sustainability of the above delivered Solutions and related Processes.
Main initial objective of the Digital Finance Functional RUN Expert is to support / follow up on DFL daily operations, linked with month end closing and annual roll overs, from a finance standpoint.
Roles & Responsibilities Provide functional support to users, upon request Track DFL / ERP usage compliance according with DFL / MJE Golden Rules, share permanently status to key Finance Management stakeholders (Global, Territory, Competency Centers) Track pending Solution / Adoption points and implementing Digital Locks as per strategic plan Coordinate preventive / corrective / communication actions and decisions among Technical Teams, Territory Finance Management, Key users, Data Teams and other relevant stakeholders, becoming a One Finance authority in their respective Scope based on their Finance and Systems expertise Secure users’ community animation, launching regular DFL updates and training catch ups for the given Territory / Scope Good level of understanding of Record to Report process, from an End-to-End process stand-point (Source ERP ->

HFM / Shuttle) Become an authority in the specific Scope in relation with DFL / FDMEE usage Coordinate necessary preventive / corrective actions with : Accounting / Business Finance teams (at territory level and Competency Centers) FDMEE Run team (Functional and Technical) Escalate to appropriate Stakeholders any DFL usage / Data Quality critical issue related Share regularly with Key Stakeholders (CFOs / CAOs / Business Finance / CoCe’s) key DFL / FDMEE usage highlights of a specific period / major preventive / corrective actions in place, leveraging standard KPIs such as FDMEE effective usage, Data quality DFL vs HFM, Manual adjustments DFL core evolutions functional support and consulting on best finance practice Being Finance Transformation / DFL-SAP Central Finance a fantastic platform for personal development, on a Global and Diverse Scope, enabling a T-Shaped career path We know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience.

Qualifications Education : University degree in finance / business administration / Accounting degree or in a similar field Language requirements : English Fluent At least, 4+ years Operations / Business Finance roles, global experience working in multi country mix cultural context Associated local network ideally on both finance and SI sides.
Knowledge of finance reporting and performance management processes Accounting / Management Control expertise Advanced IT user knowledge, particularly ERPs (SAP, Oracle, etc.
Understanding of accounting flows translated into ERP flows Well-developed skills in MS tools including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel green in Finance, IT, or similar field Skills & Abilities Willingness to work at a detailed level with Key Users / End Users to ensure target processes are understood and implemented / sustained Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, identify gaps, decompose high-level information into details, and drive decision-making Agility and change agent mindset Process optimization skills Teamwork & collaboration-oriented mindset Efficient and proactive communication using multiple channels, face to face, written, video, web sites, social media, etc.
