POSITION OVERVIEW:
Savance’s Customer Success Manager is responsible for the entire post-sales lifecycle of our customers. The main goal is to help clients gain as much value as possible from Savance’s solutions. This starts by leading a kick-off call and continues through to a successful deployment, and beyond to secure retention, referrals, testimonials, case studies, expansion, and upsells. This role has the opportunity to be one of the largest drivers of growth at Savance. The candidate selected for this role will ultimately become a trusted advocate for Savance’s customers and team members. Getting to the bottom of peoples’ and businesses’ pain points, solving their problems, and putting fires out are some of the challenges that a Customer Success Manager faces every day. This role involves working closely with customers, sales, support, implementation, design, and development to ensure success at every level for the customer and the company. The Customer Success Manager must become the user’s internal advocate, helping to ensure an excellent Savance experience, and gathering feedback on ways that Savance can build the next generation of user-focused solutions.
