Job Description
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Finance Intern may be responsible for supporting the following business units during their 10-week internship: Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Finance Shared Services, Finance Operations, Capital Markets, and/or Treasury.
This 2023 Summer Internship is for undergraduate students who have an anticipated graduation date between December 2023 and May 2024.

Essential Functions:
The Finance Intern will be a key member of the organization whose principal focus is to:
Learn about the core functions of the bank, with a focus on their assigned area
Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities, as determined by manager
Contribute to overarching goals of the finance organization, including but not limited to regulatory reporting, financial consolidations, forecasting and budgeting, and/or financial modeling
Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders, with presentations to senior leadership as necessary

Requirements:
An undergraduate student finishing school in Fall 2023 or Spring 2024
Cumulative GPA is 3.25 or above
Highly motivated and results oriented with a desire to exceed expectations
Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and courage in their leadership style
Crisp communication skills with the ability to express facts and ideas clearly both verbally and in writing, interacting professionally, transparently and effectively with people at all levels
Strong critical thinking with the ability to develop solutions to complex challenges
Ability to multi-task as required
Ability to work independently on special projects
Ability to work in an environment that supports employees from all backgrounds and fosters an environment of inclusion.
Working Conditions:
Office assignment will be hybrid, unless designated otherwise
May be required to lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to twenty (20) pounds
May be required to sit and review information on a computer screen for long periods of time
May require repetitive motions of the hands and wrist related to writing and typing at an electronic keyboard
Extended working hours may be required as dictated by management and business needs

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occassional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.
