Job Summary
Responsible for directing the Revenue Cycle applications across Sanford Health. Serves as a liaison between the Information Technology teams and end users. Areas of responsibility include IT, human resources, short and long range planning, legal and regulatory compliance, project planning and project management. Work with enterprise leadership and be responsible for assuming appropriate application support and project direction for software applications as well as support for the revenue cycle. Provides direction for selection, implementation and support of designated software applications. Establishes policies and procedures for acquiring, deploying, maintaining and supporting applications. Promote, manage and oversee strategic relationships with respective vendors. Assist in the development of Revenue Cycle application strategies to support business needs and be responsible to ensure the execution of those strategies. Responsible for working successfully with cross functional teams and value the importance of tight integration with all end-users. Responsible for working closely with end-user leadership to ensure the business value envisioned at the onset of IT clinical projects are realized at the end of those projects.
Potential overnight travel to facility locations.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree required.
Minimum three years’ applicable work experience required. Minimum of two years managerial experience preferred.
